NEW SINGLE "LITTLE LEGS"
A newly recorded song for 2024
Jamie wrote this song in the spring of 2018 just after having walked the Calderdale Way, a 50 mile circular route in West Yorkshire. It's a song about a love of walking, the changing season, the journey of life with its ups and downs, getting lost in nature, appreciating the small things, travelling home to someone you care about, and also, of course, it's a song about having quite short legs.
CROSSING TIDES
A musical journey through the Outer Hebrides
All of the songs on this album were written on the Outer Hebrides, a beautiful and varied archipelago off the west coast of Scotland.
The album was recorded live in the studio (no overdubs) in Newcastle upon Tyne, 17th and 18th February 2023.
New album Crossing Tides is now available on CD. Includes 20 page lyric and photo booklet with photos taken on the Outer Hebrides as well as a note on the creation of the album.
